The Human Resources Development Programme

The Human Resources division at the FSA works in partnership with every area of the organisation to ensure that the FSA can attract, retain and develop the talent it needs to be successful.

Rotations

The HR Graduate Development Programme involves a series of placements around the various functions of the division. The division is divided into three main areas: HR Delivery provides business facing expertise to support change and understand the skills needed for success; HR Operations covers HR services such as our helpline, data management, payroll, recruitment, performance improvement and employee relations; finally the division has a number of specialist teams covering HR policy, reward and organisational development.

During the programme you will work across HR to gain a broad overview; you also have the option to work within the wider business where appropriate.

Secondment

As part of the programme you will also undertake a secondment to the HR department of an external organisation to broaden your HR knowledge.

Sponsored study

Throughout the programme we will support you to obtain the CIPD professional qualification including exam fees and study leave.
