Academic results and qualifications

We'd hate to miss out on talent, so read the following details carefully before you go ahead and apply. First and foremost, to make it onto any of our programmes, you'll need to have gained or be expecting a 2.1 or above in any subject. If you have not met thIs criteria please contact the Graduate Team who will be able to assess your eligibility to apply.

Personal qualities

The right personal qualities are also important. Analytical and results-driven, you'll need a genuine interest in our work and the desire to make a positive difference to financial services firms and consumers.

As well as having a strong commercial awareness, you'll be a proactive team player with the confidence and people skills to build effective working relationships and make a real impact on those around you. Above all, you'll have the drive and ambition to make the most of these attributes in an environment where you'll have your wits tested, but not your hand held. Our selection process is designed to assess the key skills that we look for.

The process itself starts with an online application and financial ability test, followed by an initial telephone interview. If you're successful, the final stage will be two assessment centres consisting of a range of exercises including an interview, case study/discussion, and group and written exercises.
