We'd hate to miss out on a great catch, so read the following details carefully before you go ahead and apply. First and foremost, to make it onto any of our programmes, you'll need to have gained or be expecting a 2.1 or above in any subject, hold a minimum of 300 UCAS tariff points (excluding General Studies) and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. But the right personal qualities are every bit as important. Analytical and results-driven, you'll need a genuine interest in our work and the desire to make a positive difference to financial services firms and consumers.
As well as having a strong commercial awareness, you'll be a proactive team player with the confidence and people skills to build effective working relationships and make a real impact on those around you. Above all, you'll have the drive and ambition to make the most of these attributes in an environment where you'll have your wits tested, but not your hand held. The process itself starts with applying online, followed by an initial telephone interview. If you're successful, the final stage will be an assessment centre consisting of an interview, discussion, group and written exercises, and an ability test.
We are totally committed to the principle of equal opportunities and are keen to attract, recruit and develop the most talented and capable individuals regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, colour, race, ethnic origin, nationality or disability.
