Offers of employment are made subject to:

• achievement of a 2:1 honours degree (except summer interns);
• proof of A-levels (or equivalent) achieved;
• acceptable references;
• security checks including, but not limited to, unspent criminal convictions; and
• a satisfactory medical questionnaire
