Overview and Key Dates

Overview of the selection process and key dates

All candidates go through the same selection process which is divided into five stages:

  1. Application form
  2. Online financial analysis test
  3. Telephone interview
  4. Stage 1 assessment centre
  5. Stage 2 assessment centre

All applications will be screened on an ongoing basis but decisions will not be made until we have screened all applications and analysed the online test results. We will then process the highest performing candidates through to telephone interview. Telephone interviews will take place in set weeks and you will need to ensure you are available during this period as alternative dates will not be offered.

Following the completion of telephone interviews for each programme we will invite the highest performing candidates to the first stage assessment centre which will also take place in set weeks. Candidates will then be shortlisted and invited to the final round assessment centre.

Offers will be made following the final assessment centre for each process stream.

Our process is designed to maintain efficiency and fairness to all candidates. We are committed to processing all candidates as quickly as possible and meeting the deadlines we set for each stage of the process.
